A digital lead collection tool for companies operating at exhibitions, events and in the field — replacing paper forms with a fast, flexible and data-rich solution that integrates with CRM systems.
The problem
Sales teams working exhibitions and field events were collecting leads on paper, then re-keying them into a CRM days later. By the time a lead reached a salesperson, the context of the conversation was gone and the prospect had moved on. Nobody could answer the basic questions: which events actually produce pipeline, and which reps are converting.
What we built
A lead capture application built for the realities of a trade-fair floor: fast enough to use mid-conversation, functional without a reliable network connection, and configurable per market without a developer in the loop.
- Configurable capture forms per event, market and product line
- Offline-first capture that syncs as soon as connectivity returns
- Direct CRM integration, so a lead is in the pipeline before the conversation ends
- Reporting on lead volume and quality per event, market and rep
Why it worked
The technology here is not exotic. The value came from taking a process the business already ran badly and removing every step that added delay without adding information. That is a business decision before it is a technical one — and it is the same discipline we bring to AI work.
Where it goes next
The data this creates is exactly the substrate AI needs. With several years of structured event, lead and conversion data, the questions change from “what happened” to “which events should we book next year, and which leads should this rep call first” — the natural second phase of a build like this.
