Opportunity mapping
A structured pass across your processes and data to find where AI could realistically move a number. Broad first, so the shortlist is a choice rather than whatever was suggested loudest.
Strategic Advisory
The most common reason AI projects fail is that the problem wasn’t defined clearly enough before the project started. We help companies ask the right questions before they commit to a solution.

What we do
A structured pass across your processes and data to find where AI could realistically move a number. Broad first, so the shortlist is a choice rather than whatever was suggested loudest.
Each opportunity scored on business value, feasibility, data availability and organisational readiness — so a leadership team can compare candidates on the same terms.
Turning the chosen opportunity into numbers: current cost, expected effect, investment, and what has to be true for it to work. Written to survive a CFO reading it closely.
An honest view of whether your organisation can absorb what you are planning — ownership, process clarity, data, and the decision about what stops being done.
An independent review of a proposal, a vendor, or a stalled programme. Frequently the most valuable few days a client buys from us.
A one-page view of where AI should change how the business works over three years, paired with a commitment you can actually make this quarter.
How it runs
Usually delivered as our AI Opportunity Sprintpackage.
Week 1
Interviews across the business and a review of the processes and data that already exist. We talk to the people doing the work, not only to the sponsors.
Week 2
Map and score the opportunities. Candidates are assessed on the same criteria so the comparison is real rather than rhetorical.
Week 3
Present the shortlist with a recommended first case, an outline business case, and a clear statement of what we would not pursue and why.
After
You own the output and are free to take it anywhere. If you want the recommended case built, we can — but the sprint is designed to stand on its own.
Next step
No lengthy briefing process. Just a straightforward conversation about where the opportunities lie and how we can help you move forward.
